1. What is required to secure my booking?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
2. How long is the rental period?
The rental period is dependent on your need, typically ranging from 1 day to 5 days.
3. How far in advance should I order?
You are more than welcome to order as far ahead of time as you'd like. The more notice the better, especially for customized items, but we will do our best to meet your needs.
4. What areas do you serve?
We are located in Opelika, AL and we serve the surrounding areas including, Auburn, Camp Hill, Cusseta, LaFayette, Lanett, Notasulga, Salem, Smiths Station, Valley, and Waverly. We are happy to serve areas beyond that, but a delivery fee will be charged. If the pick-up option is utilized, then no additional fee will be applied.
